Allpets was bought by Rick and Josie Russiff in 1996 and stayed at2910 Grand for 4 Years until moving to 1204 Central Ave. across from Zip Trip and kiddy corner from Batteries Plus on the corner of 12th Street West and Central Ave. We have been here in the same building as Josie's Handbags
