Great place for meeting rooms as well as events. You can enjoy lunch at Strang or get a coffee at Prefix and enjoy the art gallery on the 1st floor. Definitely worth a visit!

The building is beautiful. The tenants are awesome. The building manager Dawña Garza and her sister Shilah Garza Anway the assistant building manager do a good job.
