Trinity Lutheran offers both a traditional service, with an organ and parish choir, and a contemporary service, which features a band and videos. In between the services, there's an education hour which features not only more traditional Bible studies, but also informal discussion groups centered around topics such as parenting.
The church has two missions it actively supports: an orphanage and school in Haiti and Gateway Homeless Services in the metro area. Youth group meets on Sunday nights and there are Bible studies offered throughout the week, both led by the Pastor Jeff Hackler and through small group fellowship.
Trinity preschool offers half-day programs in the morning and afternoon for children ages 2 through pre-kindergarten classes. It offers a Christian education; children attend chapel and learn sacred songs. Kids are prepared for kindergarten while being taught that they are all unique.
The staff is well-established; many have been there for five or more years. They all have early education backgrounds and are required to undergo 6 to 12 hours of continuing education a year.
