Dr Thomas Sanford’s clinical expertise is in general and pediatric otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat conditions), and sinus and nasal surgery. He conducts allergy testing in his SLUCare practice to diagnose inhalant allergies such as pollen, mold, and dust, and prescribes the appropriate treatment plans. Dr Sanford’s research interests include the role of inflammation in chronic head and neck disease. He serves as an assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Division of Otolaryngic Allergy and Immunology, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr Sanford is a member of the American Board of Otolaryngology.
