A person's clothes should fit her. It seems like common sense. But getting the right fit isn't always easy. While people may come in all shapes and sizes, dresses, jackets and pants don't always cooperate. The seamstresses and tailors at The Right Fit have been sewing on buttons, hemming pants and taking in bridesmaid dresses for more than 25 years. Though the store has changed names and ownership over the years, most of the same faces have been there, performing alterations for generations of the same families.
Walk-ins are welcome at the store, where they mend, alter and tailor everything from first communion dresses to wedding gowns and pants suits. The seamstresses also custom sew some pieces and monogram special orders. The shop also sells handbags, scarves, jewelry, hats, accessories and a line of baby bibs.
