History
Succotash began in a small stall of in the City Market in 2001. We have evolved from a kitchen with a $25 electric home stove and a belief that we could create delicious food and an interesting environment. This was my first restaurant and my first commercial cooking job. The last eight years were spent learning, growing and enjoying the community. We have since moved into a new location with the desire to take the best parts of our business with us while continuing to strive for a greater product, better service and a more thoughtfully crafted environment.
Specialties
We specialize in home cooked meals featuring local and organic ingredients, Our menu is a flavorful mix of breakfast and lunch items catering to vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and omnivores alike. We offer a variety of homemade pastries, locally roasted espresso, organic wheatgrass and hand crafted juices. We will soon be offering a full bar and dinner service and are available for private parties and catering.
