Founded in 1973, the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association, also known as RCGA, was formed by the merger of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis, the St. Louis Regional Industrial Development Corporation, and the St. Louis Research Council. RCGA is an economic development organization. It represents government agencies, educational institutions, and health care and labor organizations on a variety of federal issues, such as infrastructure improvement and government facilities management. RCGA offers an online magazine that contains business-related information. The organization offers site selection, public relations and financial assistance services for local officials and real estate brokers and developers. It also provides information on a range of business and economic data, such as labor and transportation costs. The St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association is located in St. Louis.
