The Sikeston Kindergarten and Early Childhood Center serves students between the ages of 4 and 6. It has one special education classroom and more than 10 kindergarten classrooms. The center offers programs in art, music and physical education. The Sikeston Kindergarten and Early Childhood Center additionally conducts academic classes in reading, mathematics and science.
