Shannon “Emilee” Lemp, NP, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in internal medicine. She completed her medical training at the Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College in St. Louis, Missouri. Emilee sees patients ages 13 and above for various health conditions, injuries, and illnesses, including annual wellness exams, diabetes, high blood pressure, acute back, knee, or shoulder pain, depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorder. Emilee also screens for health issues and offers preventative medicine, including general diet and exercise education. Emilee enjoys developing long-term relationships with her patients. She actively listens to her patients and wants to help them be the best version of themselves physically and mentally. She finds it rewarding working together with her patients to build manageable health care plans. Her goal is to help patients feel their best through diet, exercise, and medication (as needed). Emilee is originally from St. Louis, where she lives with her husband and two young children. She enjoys traveling, exercising outside, attending the Soulard Farmer’s Market, and watching Mizzou football in her spare time. Emilee is active in the community and serves as a cheerleading coach for a local high school.
