Vincenzo Rosciglione opened a bakery in the Italian part of St. Louis in 1900. Today, his descendants continue to make Italian cookies, cakes and deli sandwiches, although the shop has moved to St. Charles. Cookie trays featuring more than 40 different types are available by the pound. Stollens, cakes filled with ricotta and Italian cream, and pastries like strudel and cannoli are also available. The shop also sells number of Italian grocery items like pasta and olive oil.
