Rocco Bratic, who works out of his home, is the owner of Rocky's Properties. The primary property that he manages with his family is the Shell Building in St. Louis. This rental property is used primarily by attorneys and insurance agencies. Many of Rocky's tenants have been in the building for more than 40 years.
