Rib Crib is a group of various restaurants located in Iowa, Arkansas, Texas, New Mexico, Kansas and Missouri. It is famous for preparing hickory-smoked meat served in sandwiches and combination platters. The group also supports several community organizations, schools and universities. Founded in 1992, Rib Crib serves nachos, quesadillas, cheese fries, onion rings, fried mushrooms, pork sandwiches, chicken wraps, seasoned fries and baby back ribs. Its barbecue classics feature smoked turkey, boneless chicken, pulled pork, smoked ham and sausage. Additionally, the restaurants serve a variety of draft and bottled beers. Rib Crib, with a location in Springfield, Mo., offers catering services for groups of up to 10,000 guests.
