Jeanne Jugan Center, founded in 1987, offers housing solutions for low-income senior citizens in Kansas City in Missouri. The center houses more than 50 resident rooms and over 30 independent apartments. It is managed by the Little Sisters of the Poor, which is a nonprofit organization that manages nearly 200 homes in approximately 30 countries. The parent organization maintains a network of more than 2,500 people, as well as serves senior citizens aged 60 years and older. The Little Sisters of the Poor also offers prayer and worship solutions. The parent organization manages operations in the Philippines, Kwanju, South Korea, Tacna, Peru and Bolinao.
