The Callier family opened this catering and deli in 1983. "Affordable Decadence: Exceptionaly Prepared Food with Signature Service" is the motto of the catering service, which constitutes the bulk of Callier's business. But this should not stop you from visiting the cheerful and baseball-themed deli. Customers' favorites include the Hall of Fame Louie's, Callier's version of a philly in beef, chicken, veggie, or shrimp version.
