History
Phelps County Regional Medical Center, located in Rolla, is one of Missouri's leading regional referral centers, serving over 200,000 residents in South Central Missouri. PCRMC is a non-tax supported, county-owned 242 bed hospital. It has more than 1,500 employees, 100 plus physicians and a five-member elected board.

Lee Parks, D.O. received her BS in Medical Technology from the University of Illinois, Medical Center Campus. She later attended the University Of Health Sciences College Of Osteopathic Medicine, now known as Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, for her degree in osteopathic medicine. Internship was in St. Louis, Mo.at Normandy Osteopathic Hospitals, which exists now as Des Peres Hospital. She is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Much of her practice life has been spent in Union, Mo.where she worked for 18 years before coming to Rolla in 2007 to become part of PCRMC Medical Group. She has particular interest in asthma, diabetes, psychiatric disorders, musculoskeletal problems and osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT) which she uses both in diagnosis and treatment.
