Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative provides a range of electricity supply services. It features an administration and finance department that oversees aspects of financial well-being. The administration and finance department is responsible for preparing investment strategies, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and budgets. It has accounting, information technology and purchasing division. Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative also has an engineering and operations department that is responsible for the design and maintenance of electrical transmission facilities. The engineering and operations department maintains dispatch, line and substation crews and telecommunications divisions. Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative also conducts various economic development programs. It is located in Palmyra, Mo.
