The Armorel School District 9 encourages each student to reach full potential in literacy and mathematics by developing skills in the curriculum area through classroom instruction and technology. All children between the ages of five and 17 years are required to be in school. Regular attendance is mandatory in maintaining satisfactory schoolwork. Any parent can visit a classroom with prior permission and displaying a visitor pass. Teachers assign grades to students in various subjects and report cards are issued at the end of each nine-week period. Parent and teacher meetings are held after the first and third grading periods to review the students progress. Extra-curricular activities are given sufficient importance.
