Mudhouse Coffee opened in downtown Springfield Mo in winter 1998. As a way to control quality of product, Mudhouse started roasting their own beans several years later. Mudhouse has been micro-roasting coffees from around the world for more than a decade. Today, we offer a complete line of freshly roasted coffees from all over the world - plus more than 70 loose leaf teas, and breakfast & lunch food offerings.
