RARE Construction is a Design-Build, residential remodeling company started in 1999 by husband and wife team Rae Person, Contractor, and Rose Middleton, Designer. They recognized that by combining their talents and over 35 years of experience they could offer their clients a remodeling process that would be seamless and all inclusive long before the concept of Design-Build became popular. The key to RARE's success is the PROCESS we use to insure a project runs smoothly from start to finish. Our Designers are also the Project Administrators.
