HistoryAfter 6 years of volunteering and working as a mentor for teens. I decided that I wanted to shift my focus to adults. I spent the next few years learning and practicing with anybody who would let me, in order to find out what works and what doesn't for people while designing customized plans for individual clients. In 2016 I finally felt ready and decided it was time to start changing the world. That is when Choice Coaching was born. In 2018 my wife and I moved to the STL area, and I started working with the great people of this community. I utilize conventional approaches like goal-setting and cognitive behavioral techniques, as well as practical and modern approaches including strength-based coaching and motivational questioning. I'm especially effective working with people who want to identify and clarify what the purpose and passion in life are while finding ways to integrate those into their daily lives.
