At Jousting Pigs we believe in bringing competition quality barbeque to your table. Our meat is smoked fresh daily with hickory wood in a traditional all wood fired smoker. We treat each piece of meat as if it were being turned in at a competition. You will notice the care and attention paid to trimming, seasoning, and slicing by hand when you order. Our home-style sides and desserts are made in-house with the same attention to detail as our meats.
