When we decided to start our own moving company Russ broke out his little black book with the names of all the people he had worked with through the years and he called the best of the best workers and with them we formed InTact. We sat down as a team, Russ with his knowledge of industry, me with my experiences as a consumer and the team of movers that we had carefully selected for excellence and had a round table meeting. Everyone threw out their ideas on how the company should be run and from that 3 day meeting our operating and management policies and core values were born. And they are constantly evolving and improving because we learn from every move we do. Every team member has a voice. Every customer has a voice. We do not cut corners to save money. We take the extra time to do things the right way. When we say that we are insured, we actually ARE. We are by far the best of the best. Ask our competitors. Their best work for us now.
