Our current facility opened in 2006 and has operated steadily under the same owner and management since. 21 years experience in the industry (before and since Spotlight) has cemented my business philosophy: 1. I can do amazing work with scissor and brush, but pets' safety is paramount. 2. Pets' past experiences are taken into account with the understanding that each new experience is different. 3. Charges may seem low or high relative to customers' experiences; I understand this being both a producer and consumer myself.
