HistorySt. Augustine's was originally founded as a mission parish in 1882 by the Rev'd Charles Cummings to serve African American Episcopalians in Kansas City. Our original location was at 10th and Troost. In 1950, the Church moved to the Santa Fe Place Neighborhood where our historic Parish House and Parish Church remain to this day.SpecialtiesSt. Augustine's Episcopal Church is a diverse community of Christians seeking to share the love of Christ with our community in worship and in service.Holy Communion on every Sunday at 10 am.
