HistoryDr. Kelli Austin opened her first practice called Heartland Family Chiropractic in 1998 in Overland Park, KS. In 2002, she moved her practice to its current location and renamed her business Chiro Studio. At this same time, she converted from a high-volume, high-velocity practice to a gentler and slower technique. This allows Dr. Austin to make more of a connection with each patient, taking time to really listen. Because Dr. Austin is also a yoga instructor, she is able to assess behavioral issues that may be contributing to a patient's condition a offer advice for exercise, stretching, ways of sleeping/standing/sitting that may help improve the patient's well being in the long run.
