Guiding Light Inspections, LLC was formed in 2007. After years of working with the largest inspection firm in Kansas City at the time, we decided to start our own company with an emphasis on customer service and the latest construction techniques and trends. Still today we are actively involved in new construction which we use in the inspection process.

We have been full time inspectors for over 18 years perfoming literally over 10,000 inspections in the Kansas City market! Not many inspectors in Kansas City have been able to evaluate that many properties.
