Here at Giambalvo's, we celebrate recipes that have been passed down through many generations while also incorporating modern takes on the classics. It all started in a small town in Sicily called Castelvetrano, with my great grandparents making the leap to America and ultimately settling in St. Louis. There, my Mother and Father carried on the tradition of food and family by opening a couple of successful pizzerias. Now, we look to carry on the tradition here in Kansas City. Making people happy with food has never left our DNA.
