History
In 1993, long-time Head of School, Dr. Barbara Fulton was asked by the community developers of St. Albans, MO to found a second campus of Chesterfield Day School. It began with just a few preschool and elementary classes in 1994. The school expanded to 7th grade in 1998, adding a grade each year until the first 12th grade graduation in 2004. In 2007, the 9-12 grade program spun off from Chesterfield Day School and in 2008, the Lower School joined St. Albans High School to create one toddler through 12th grade experience. It was renamed The Fulton School at St. Albans after its beloved founder, Dr. Barb, who passed away in 2005 after 30 years of service to Chesterfield Day School and the St. Louis educational community.
