Tom and Mary Creel established Creel Trucking in 1990 in Excelsior Springs, Mo, as a family owned and operated business. We were shocked at the poor communication and poor customer service that we had experienced while we were previously contracted to other carriers in the industry. We also witnessed on a regular basis a break-down between what the salesman promises and what the dispatchers can actually deliver. Our desire was to establish a company that cares and keeps it promises. With those goals in mind, we have trained our dispatchers, sales men and drivers to work hand in hand with constant communication. Our company has been built from the ground up with strong family and moral values. From the beginning we have set customer satisfaction to be our highest priority. We know that our standards have brought us from 3 trucks to over 40 trucks today by using the simplest technique, "Communication"!
