HistoryRedeemer Lutheran Church is a loving and caring community in the Ozarks of Southwest Missouri. Redeemer is a multisite ministry located in Springfield (near the corner of Campbell Avenue and Battlefield Road) and in Nixa west of Highway 13 on Mt. Vernon Street. Redeemer is a member of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. Our church began in 1961 as a mission start of Trinity Lutheran Church of Springfield. It has provided Lutheran Education since the fall of 1979. Redeemer is a fun and exciting place to be as we grow together in faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus and as we love our neighbors as ourselves. With the two worship centers, Redeemer offers five worship services on Sundays and together form one church, Redeemer. Our Mission is Grow in Christ, Care for All, Share the Word. Grow in Christ Redeemer provides many different opportunities to grow in God's Word through Bible studies, small groups, Sunday school and the ministry of Springfield Lutheran School.SpecialtiesLocated in Springfield, Redeemer Lutheran Church is a community centered around the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. With faith towards God and love to our neighbors, we have many grace based ministries, including Springfield Lutheran School! Worship Services are each Sunday at 8:00 AM, 10:45 AM, and 5:00 PM. Our Sunday School and Bible Classes meet at 9:30 AM!
