The Eastern Missouri Law Enforcement Training Academy is located at St. Charles Community College. At the Academy, students are trained to become police officers.
The school offers a six-month day course with classes beginning at 7:50am and ending at 5pm Monday through Friday. A night course is also offered. The night course meets from 5:50pm to 10pm every Monday through Thursday. Recruits are required to attend classes every other Saturday with classes starting at 7:50am and ending at 5pm. The night course last 12 months.
