Located in Canton, Mo., Culver-Stockton College was established in 1853 by members of the Christian Church. The college has five divisions that offer more than 25 academic programs and a variety of preprofessional programs. Its programs include accounting, business administration, computer information systems, finance, physical education, recreation management, theater, sociology and nursing. The college offers various athletic programs, such as soccer, softball, volleyball, golf, baseball, spirit squad and football. Its library is fully automated and is accessible to students on campus network, providing electronic and bibliographic databases, and print and nonprint resources for research and recreation. It also offers online programs for working adults. Culver-Stockton College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. The college is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and the State Department of Education of Missouri.
