Congress is a good school but there a lot of thing going on . I don't like a lot of the rules.like 6th grade can do band.6th grade can't do sports . It'd a lot of thing I can't do.

This school is awful when it comes to dress code teachers and staff could careless about what kids are wearing. Wouldn't be surprised if they allow the girls to wear bikinis this upcoming school...
