Founded in 1995, Community Alternatives is a nonprofit provider of a range of mental health care services. It offers various outreach services for homeless people, such as temporary housing, short-term therapies, triage and referral and interim case management. The organization also offers an assertive community treatment to individuals with mental illnesses and co-occurring substance abuse disorders.
