Stopped in to deposit a fairly large check and was informed that there would be a 7 day hold placed on the funds. I commented that the bank should have this money within 1 to 2 days. Clerk said...

A 30 minute wait at a bank is unacceptable under 100% of circumstances. It took only two minutes once I saw someone. Still, the poor service is not something that you should not put up with at a bank.
