The Chancellor Farms Mobile Home Community is located on Chancellor Lane in Fenton, off of Saline Road. The all-ages community features 284 sites and a shared pool, clubhouse and playground. Pets are allowed at the discretion of the manager, who lives on-site and is available 7 days a week for residents and potential residents who would like to tour the community.
