History

Owned by cousins, Karen Netsch Timmons & Sally Stahlschmidt Miller, barre3 St. Charles opened their doors December 2020. Having both grown up in St. Charles, they are excited to share this special fitness studio with their community in a significant building in the heart of St. Charles. Barre3 provided them and continues to provide clients a unique opportunity in fitness.
