American Karate & Fitness offers three different services: American Tae Kwon Do, fitness kickboxing and personal fitness training. It has martial arts classes for 4- to 5-year-olds, 6- to 11-year-olds and teen to adult. Tae Kwon Do teaches the basic principles of courtesy, respect and self-confidence. Fitness kickboxing is designed to combine boxing, martial arts and aerobics to deliver a complete body workout. For those who prefer it, personal trainers are available to custom-design an exercise program.
