Young Business Leaders (YBL) is a Board-directed organization that has been transforming the marketplace for over 40 years. Their mission is to win men and women to Christ, build them in their faith, and send them out locally, nationally, and internationally for God's glory. Through banquets, small group opportunities, and one-on-one contacts with established leaders, YBL equips businessmen and professionals with the tools and environment for holistic growth, establishing them in the essentials of their faith and enabling them to share time-honored values in the business community.
YBL's sister organization, Women Business Leaders (WBL), also plays a vital role in their ministry. Together, YBL and WBL point men and women to Christ, helping them finish well in their personal and professional lives. With chapters in Birmingham, Jackson, and Huntsville, YBL and WBL provide a platform for individuals to connect, grow, and make a positive impact in their communities.
