Northeast Mississippi Community College, founded in 1948, offers a variety of technical and academic courses to students. The college offers programs in accounting, history, agriculture, interior design, liberal arts, architecture, arts, mathematics, athletic training, medical technology, biology, physical sciences, business administration, and chemistry and computer science. The additional courses offered by the college include music education, nursing, business communications, occupational therapy, pharmacy, criminal justice, photography, and dentistry.
