Torn piece that fell out when I first opened. Store employee saw this. It was sent off from a store in Georgia.

Oh My Goodness. REALLY? This was the first thing I saw when I opened the package.

Top not glue and not put together properly. Glitter binding on sides and just unacceptable.

Not bond tight. Almost put my pinkie in this side...not on the bottom. I didn't show a picture of the DK BLUE long ribbon it was beige.
