Salvador J. Bertucci, operating as S.J. Bertucci Company, founded what is now known as F.E.B. Distributing Company, in 1934. The brands distributed at that time originated from the New Orleans area where approximately 10 brewers were in operation. The company was appointed distributor for the Mississippi Gulf Coast for JAX beer in 1934. In 1946, the company s name was changed to F.E.B. Distributing Company. In the 1960 s, F.E.B. Distributing Company was appointed the exclusive distributor for the Miller Brewing Company and also acquired imported Heineken for the Mississippi Gulf Coast area. Now, F.E.B. Distributing Company offers a full line of beverage products covering categories including imported beers, micro-beers, wine coolers, flavored malt beverages and light wines. F.E.B. Distributing Company is one of the leading distributorships in the south.
