The Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse offers a range of child advocacy, training, court orientation, teenage mentoring, and supervised visitation and support services. It operates the Families First Resource Center, which provides various case management, tutoring, library, and referral and information services. The Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse also provides classes for parents and teenagers on self-esteem, communication skills, child development, health and nutrition, household and behavior management, violence reduction, stress management, and alcohol and drug prevention services. Additionally, it provides referrals and emotional support for pregnant women. The Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse maintains a location in Gulfport, Miss.
