From simple shims to complex assemblies, if a customer can imagine it, Wyoming Machines can build it. The company is a specialist in laser cutting, CNC punching, forming and welding and serves a broad cross-section of companies from medical equipment to heavy machinery manufacturers. Wyoming Machines offers laser cutting for steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, nylon, rubber and plastic. It has the ability to cut steel plates as thick as one-half inch and foil as thin as one-one thousandth of an inch without wrinkling or distorting. With CNC-controlled press brakes, forming is completed with a single setup even for pieces that have multiple bends at different angles. Round holes, squares, rectangles, louvers, countersinks, counterbores and embossing are done on the CNC punching machine, which can deliver 580 hits per minute. Wyoming Machines uses wirefeed welding for heavy assemblies and heliarc for thinner materials and a clean finish. Wyoming Machines began operations in 1974.
