Trung Nam French Bakery was established in 1989 by two Vietnamese immigrants Tony and Edna. The bakery is family owned and operated. They were the first bakery that introduced to Minnesota the Banh Mi Thit (Vietnamese sandwich) - Trung Nam Bakery specializes in Vietnamese sandwiches and Croissants.
