History

The Chocolate Ox is family owned and operated chocolate, candy, ice cream and gift shop. The first location in Nisswa was opened in 2003, followed by Crosslake in 2005 and Grand View Lodge in 2010.

Specialties

Our huge selection of fudge, ice cream, truffles, taffy and nearly every kind of candy puts smiles on everyone in the family. We are the sweetest part of your day. Visit all three locations!

Seriously the best stop for kids (and adults) a ton of different types of candy, mostly by the pound. The ice cream is the best! We got a double and it was overflowing the generous cup for $6....
