Stevens County Ambulance and EMS Training provides Advanced Life Support services to Stevens County and the surrounding area. In addition, we provide ALS intercept for services in Pope, Grant, Swift, Big Stone, and Traverse counties when requested by the local ambulance service.Our primary service area is approximately 1080 square miles and our primary dispatch for ambulance service is through Stevens County Law Enforcement Center 911 communications center in Morris. Emergency Medical TransportationEmergency medical transportation can be arranged by calling 9-1-1 or from outside Stevens County by calling 320-589-1155.Our main offices EMS training center is located at 209 South US Highway 9 in Morris.About UsWe employ aproximately 30 Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics, instructors and office personnel. We work closely with the area first responder teams, fire departments, law enforcement agencies, hospitals and clinics to coordinate care and provide high quality medical care and immediate response to emergency calls. Our connections with Ringdahl EMS based in Fergus Falls, MN along with Emergency Training Associates ( ETA ) an accredited PARAMEDIC training program, and PARA-CORP which provides disaster and remote medical services, allows our service to have access to many additional resources and employment opportunities for our staff and area EMS personnel.
