Established in 1994, The Ronald M. Hubbs Center for Lifelong Learning is a program of the Saint Paul Public Schools' Community Education Department and offers several educational services to adults. Located in St. Paul, Minn., it offers services that include English language learning, general educational development preparation, skills enhancement, and work force and community outreach programs. The Ronald M. Hubbs Center for Lifelong Learning offers on-site assistance to businesses, labor organizations and education providers interested in establishing English language and basic skills classes tailored to meet the needs of their employees. Additionally, the program offers small classes in reading, writing, spelling and adult diploma for learners with special needs. It also offers several volunteering opportunities, including classroom tutoring, helping with the Web site, working on educational heritages research project, and help with Intake and Assessment of students.
