Chocolatier Robyn Dochterman started St. Croix Chocolate Company after a career in journalism. She learned chocolate techniques from some of the country's best pastry chefs and has added her own, very local spin to the company's recipe for success: Fine, fresh and beautiful chocolates.
Specialties
We make award-winning artisan chocolates and caramels, from scratch, often with local honey, maple syrup, fruit and herbs. Chocolates are available by the piece or in beautiful gift boxes. We also hand-decorate unique chocolate seasonal specialties, such as Easter eggs, Christmas centerpieces, edible chocolate boxes and gifts.
