History
Wendell Setterberg opened the doors of Setterberg Jewelers in Buffalo, Minnesota in 1951 with his family by his side. In 1956, he hired John Kock as a jeweler and watch maker. John comes from a generation of jewelers and watch makers. Starting in 1950, he worked with his father, Ed, and brother, Alan, in their family owned jewelry store located in Hutchinson, Minnesota. In 1983 John purchased Setterberg Jewelers from Wendell. It is now owned and operated by John, his wife, Toni, and their daughter, Annie Tscholl who take great pride in offering superior customer service, custom design, jewelry and watch repair and personalized engraving. They consider it a gift to be able to work with generations of families in their community. They have helped with engagements, weddings, anniversaries, the birth of children and grand children, birthdays, holidays and countless special occasions. They have helped to create memorable gifts that will last forever.
